I’m working with a prospective buyer who only speaks Spanish and has his son translate to English. I know the Texas REALTORS® provides Spanish translations of some forms, like the Residential Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement and One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale). Can I just have my client sign the Spanish versions of these forms?
